I stopped in hurry looking at a statue that had a big man on it. I said to myself “who is this” luckily there was a plate there to tell us what it was. His was John Smith Stone and he was a professional cricket player. I love cricket, this statue really suits me. I am going to come here every day now that it is here. I wonder why he is here? Was he born here? Did he score the most runs here. And then I found out the he was born here. I am coming here tomorrow.

Your statue’s name is clever. I also like the fact that the narrator is both curious and dedicated. All those questions make me think and wonder right along with the narrator.
It seems like the young player will be inspired to play well merely by spending time with the new-found inspiration.
